Our vision of The Hub is as an outstanding environment in which to effectively collaborate on industry issues and deliver industry solutions; all securely underpinned by shared services and independent experts.

From within our central London location we bring together the entire breadth of the industry. Our clients and services encompass operating businesses, strategic business units, representative offices, change projects and special interest groups. 

Our business is to support others. We provide our clients with fully serviced offices, meeting rooms and operational facilities. Clients have the flexibility to work on a corporate, project or individual basis or work remotely from our offices.

Whether requirements are cross-industry, bespoke, long-term or one-off, we are equipped to deftly scale to manage clients and projects of most sizes.

Our 18 meeting rooms suit all business occasions. Served by our in- house support team, clients and guests have access to full audio- visual conferencing, LCD projectors, and full in-house catering.

The Hub is set up to offer flexibility for all staff and visitors. This includes hot desking throughout the building supported by a dedicated IT team and free Wi-Fi.

There is a wealth of knowledge within The Hub dedicated to supporting our clients with their daily activities. We have over 70 staff, supporting 14 clients, some of whom have worked with us for over 30 years.

7. Staff rooms

Staff rooms are available on each floor and include comfortable seating, free tea and coffee, vending machines, hot water taps, microwaves, fridges, dishwashers and free books and magazines.

Clients within The Hub are offered tailored office space with the flexibility to design their own working environment. This includes a choice of bespoke branding, furniture and a preferred layout to ensure the space is perfect for them.
