Financial Fraud Action UK

Financial Fraud Action UK is the name under which the financial services industry co-ordinates its activity on fraud, presenting a united front against financial fraud and its effects.

This new brand was launched on 6th July to replace the work carried out by APACS as the leading voice on fraud within the payments industry and we anticipate using this new name alongside The UK Cards Association on a regular basis.

We continue, to answer questions on all types of fraud and the costs as well as the preventative measures in place to protect customers.

A new website will be launched later this year at www.financialfraudaction.org.uk but in the meantime www.cardwatch.org.uk and www.banksafeonline.org.uk provide tips for customers to prevent being a victim of fraud.
