From 1st January 2012 all employees with 3 months service or more will be entitled to a minimum 12% employer contribution to their pension.

An employer matching scheme will also commence on the 1st January 2012 whereby every 0.25% of salary contributed by an employee through payroll to the scheme will be directly matched by an employer contribution of 0.25% up to a maximum additional employer contribution of 1.5%.

Salaries are reviewed at the beginning of each calendar year. Any increase will be at the discretion of UK Payments.
