Unfortunately we have recently become aware that from July 2009 until February 2010, an error in our telephone call routing system meant that a proportion of our customer answerphone messages were not being transferred to our staff to respond. This error has now been rectified.
We can only apologise for not responding to you all as quickly as we would have liked to - normal practice is to reply to calls within three working days - but would like to reassure you that we have tried to phone a number of you to discuss any outstanding issues you may have.
